Guidelines for a Smooth Stay

By booking a stay at Paradise Hotels, you agree to the following terms and conditions:

1. Reservations & Payment

  • Bookings are confirmed only upon receipt of advance payment.

  • Rates are subject to change without prior notice, but confirmed bookings will not be affected.

2. Check-In / Check-Out

  • Standard check-in time: 02:00 PM

  • Standard check-out time: 12:00 Noon

  • Early check-in or late check-out is subject to availability and may attract additional charges.

3. Identification

All guests must present valid government-approved photo ID at check-in.

4. Use of Hotel Property

  • Guests are expected to respect hotel property and maintain decorum.

  • Any damage caused will be chargeable.

5. Prohibited Activities

  • Pets are not allowed unless specified.

  • Smoking is allowed only in designated areas.

  • Illegal activities of any kind are strictly prohibited.

6. Liability

The hotel is not responsible for loss of valuables left unattended in rooms. Safe deposit facilities may be provided upon request.

7. Force Majeure

The hotel shall not be liable for delays, cancellations, or interruptions caused by events beyond its control, including natural disasters, strikes, or government regulations.

8. Governing Law

All disputes are subject to the jurisdiction of courts in Jammu & Kashmir.
