Our Approach to Refunds & Payments

At Paradise Hotels, we strive to offer clarity and transparency in our payment and refund process.

Refund Conditions

  • Once a booking is confirmed, payments made are generally non-refundable.

  • Refunds may only be considered in cases such as:

    • Duplicate payments due to technical errors.

    • Failed transactions where payment was deducted but booking not confirmed.

Refund Process

  • Guests must notify us at info@paradisehotels.co.in with transaction details.

  • Approved refunds will be processed within 7–14 working days to the original mode of payment.

  • The hotel is not responsible for delays caused by the guest’s bank/payment gateway.
